How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and find your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through Paddle’s self-service portal.
  3. Alternatively, contact Paddle support directly — they handle all order-related inquiries on our behalf.

After a refund

Once your refund is processed, your Pro access will be revoked. You can continue to use the free version of SimpleBMICalc.

This policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
